This Week on Confidently CoCo

Hey y’all, happy Friday! This weekend could not get here soon enough. I feel like this past week moved slower than a snail racing a turtle. This was my first FULL week back to work after the holidays and I tell you what, this whole working 40+ hours a week is for the birds. I AM POOPED! And, to really put an end to the holidays around here, we decided it was time to take down our Christmas tree. Our house just seems so sad without all the holiday decor and the smell of pine.

Other than taking down our holiday decor, and Christmas tree, we haven’t had much going on over here and I’m not complaining! I did snag this adorable graphic tee at Target and to say it short, I AM OBSESSED. I am wearing a size small in the sweatshirt and say it runs true to size, if you’re interested in ordering yourself one. I just can’t get over Maggie’s face in the pic… my shirt may say “my dog thinks I’m cool,” but my dog’s face says “why is my mom is so extra?!?”

I’m so excited to attend a skincare event at Sephora this weekend for Caudalie. My girlfriend, Tanna and I talked to their rep this week in store, and decided to attend the event together to see what we can learn and sample. If you haven’t heard of Caudalie, you should look up the brand. It’s a French company, focused on clean skincare products. I’ve known about the line for quite some time, but recently discovered their “Clean” rating with Sephora. I’m excited to learn more about their products at the event, and really excited for my free facial! I promise to report back my findings immediately!

I also finished the vision board for my beauty room/babe cave/closet room…haven’t quite figured out what to call it yet…I’m open to suggestions if you have any to share! I’m working on a post about my plans for the room, to include a before, during and after photo once everything is all set up. I’m so excited to see this room evolve!
